If you are from a red listed country (do the check below), then you need to do a 10-days quarantine in a hotel in Norway. A good place to do your home office work, watch some Netflix or write the poems you always wanted to write. It is not bad to stay in a hotel in Norway surrounded by great mountains. WHAT DO I NEED TO ENTER NORWAY?
Before flying to Norway you do a Covid-19 test (PCR) and you bring the document with the negative results with you (not older than 72 hours). After arrival in Bodø or any other international airport you need to do a 10-days quarantine in a special hotel in Norway. Of course you do not travel with any symptoms and you follow the guidelines of airlines and the local rules here in Norway (social distancing and so).
WHAT IS A (QUARANTINE) HOTEL?
A quarantine is a hotel appointed by the Norwegian government where you can do the quarantine period. The prices are fixed (500 NOK, 50 EUR more or less per night). It includes 3 meals daily. You cannot choose a hotel yourself, that will be done by the local authorities at the airport of arrival (Bodø). So also a reservation is not needed. The hotels have internet, so you can do you (home-office) work or other things there. After the quarantine period you start traveling with us. In the hotel you have access to COVID-testing.
CAN I CHOOSE A HOTEL OF MY CHOICE?
You cannot choose a hotel yourself, that will be done by the local authorities at the airport of arrival (Bodø) or any other international airport of arrival. So a reservation is not needed.

WHAT IS A RE-BOOKING GUARANTEE?
Re-booking is postponing your trip to a later date due to a Corona related issue like: you are infected, a family member is sick or you cannot leave your country or enter Norway. Re-booking is free of cost and hassle. You can re-book to any date one year ahead (and in some cases more). You do not have to choose a new date immediately after cancellation.
IS NORWAY SAFE TO TRAVEL?
Norway is a safe place for traveling and the country is huge and has a small amount of inhabitants (a bit more than 5 million). Most people in the south. Norway has not had huge numbers of infections, thanks to strict measurements, travel restriction and closed borders.
