Are there costs to rebook a trip or other event?
No, as long as the reason is clearly corona-related there are no costs to rebook a trip to another date. Please inform us as early as possible and discuss (potential) issues with us, so that we also can prepare.
when do i inform your company that i cannot join?
Inform us as soon as possible as you suspect that you might cannot join a trip. We like to work together to find a solution.
Can I choose for another trip if I rebook?
Yes, but if the new trip is more expensive then you have to pay the difference. There is not a refund if you rebook and opt for a less expensive trip than the original.
I do not want to rebook but cancel the trip
IS THERE A LIMITED PERIOD FOR THE NEW DATE OF THE TRIP?
The new trip or other event has to start within max 1 year later than the starting date of the original one.
when do I have to book the new trip?
Just let us know as soon as you have decided to do your new trip. Then we can check the availability. We also inform you by email of upcoming trips that are similar to the original.
