STEP 1 SELECT THE TRIP THAT YOU LIKE TO JOIN
Select a trip that suits your wishes, ambitions and dreams. If you have questions about which one to join, contact us and ask for advice. If you want to join more than one expedition contact us so we can inform you about a discount on the costs of participation. Chat with us if you have questions or have doubt which trip to choose. You can also contact us by email.
STEP 2 READ OUR GENERAL TERMS
Read our general terms closely. It tells you all about the process of booking, payments, insurances, cancellation, the way we will communicate with you after your booking and much more. Contact us if you have questions or if you do not understand all.
STEP 3 FILL IN THE BOOKING FORM ON THIS PAGE
Fill in the booking form on this page to make an reservation. You can book for a group of 6 people on each trip. Press the sent button when you are finished and your booking form is on our way to us.
Note that if you book also for other people, you will receive the invoice for the total of all participants. If you like a separate invoices for all, then each individual has to fill in the booking form or send us the email addresses of the other participants in the remark field on the form, and we will take care of that.
STEP 4. BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND CONTACT WITH OUR STAFF
After you have pressed the sent button, you will receive an email message from us that we have received your reservation (within a few minutes). If you don't receive a message from us, please contact us or check your other folders (maybe a spam filter caused troubles). We will inform you within 24 hours by email about the availability of the trip you have chosen. If you have indicated on the booking form that you have questions we will contact you by email or phone to answer them. If we have to discuss things with you before we confirm your booking we will contact you by phone or email. After your reservation is processed by us you will receive a booking confirmation by email with all the details, useful travel information, an invoice and a packing list. Once we have sent you the booking confirmation your place on the chosen trip is a fact and you can start preparing and book your flights and so.
STEP 5 PAYMENT
Once you have received our booking confirmation you have to pay the costs of the trip. Together with our booking confirmation you will receive an invoice of 25% of the costs of participation (or 100% if you book within 3 months before the start). You have to pay this invoice within 7 days (or prior to departure if you book less than 10 days before the trip starts).. Three (3) months before the start of the expedition you receive the invoice for 75% of the cost of participation. You have to pay invoices within 7 days after receiving.
STEP 6 STAYING IN TOUCH
We will stay in touch with you after you received our booking confirmation. A couple of weeks before you will arrive in the Arctic we sent you a checklist to check your preparations. A few days before departure you receive an email (briefing) with the latest news, information about your transfer to the place where the trip starts and other useful things.
