STEP 1 SELECT THE TRIP THAT YOU LIKE TO JOIN
Select a trip that suits your wishes, ambitions and dreams. If you have questions about which one to join or have other question (like availably of a trip), then contact us and ask for advice. If you want to join more than one trip contact us so we can check if a discount on the costs of participation is possible..
STEP 2 READ OUR GENERAL TERMS
The next step is to read our general terms closely. It tells you all about the process of booking, payments, insurances, cancellation, the way we will communicate with you after your booking and much more. Contact us if you have questions or if you do not understand all.
STEP 3 FILL IN THE BOOKING FORM ON THIS PAGE
If you know which trip to choose, then fill in the booking form on this page to make an reservation. You can book for a group of 6 people on each trip. Press the sent button when you are finished and your booking is on our way to us.
Note that if you book also for other people, you will receive the invoice, booking confirmation and all info for all the participants. If you like a separate invoices and confirmation for all the participants, then provide us the email addresses of the other participants in the remark field on the form, and we will take care of that.
STEP 4. BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND CONTACT WITH OUR STAFF
After you have pressed the sent button on the booking form, you will see a message that we have received your reservation.. You will also receive an acknowledgement by email that we have your booking in our mailbox. This message you will receive usual within 12 hours, but often much sooner. If you don't receive a message from us, please contact us or check your other folders (maybe a spam filter caused troubles). We will inform you within 24 hours by email about the availability of the trip you have chosen. If we have to discuss things with you before we confirm your booking we will contact you by email (or phone if necessary).
After your booking is processed by us you will receive a booking confirmation by email with all the details, useful travel information, an invoice and a packing list. Once we have sent you the booking confirmation your place on the chosen trip is a fact and you can start preparing and book your flights and so. The booking confirmation is the legal agreement between Dutchexplorers.com and you. Dutchexplorers.com is obligated to deliver the trip plus an adventurous time, and from that moment you are obligated to pay the costs of the trip. Also from that moment cancellation rules (costs) apply (see our general terms) in case you have to cancel your stay with us. Do not forget to get an travel and cancellation insurance.
STEP 5 PAYMENT
Once you have received our booking confirmation you have to pay the costs of the trip. Together with our booking confirmation you will receive the invoice of your trip or course. You have to pay this invoice within 7 days (or prior to departure if you book less than 7 days before the trip starts).
STEP 6 STAYING IN TOUCH
We will stay in touch with you after you received our booking confirmation. A couple of weeks before you will arrive in the Arctic we sent you a checklist to check your preparations. A few days before departure you receive an email (briefing) with the latest news, information about your transfer to the place where the trip starts and other useful things.
