Here are our travel plans for this month. Welcome to the Arctic Summer! It is easy to loose track of time as the midnight sun is there all the time. July is a great period for exploring the mountains, do multi-day hikes or kayak to far away islands in front of the coast.

OUTDOOR TRAVELS

Here are the outdoor travels that we plan to do this month. You can join these trips if you are basic-fit. Contact us if you want to have advice on which trip fits you best. The Arctic Circle Adventure is an excellent trip for first-time Norway travellers, and you will do a lot of different outdoor activities. If you like a great combination of sea-kayaking and (mountain) hiking, choose the Vestfjord adventure. If you want to do long-distance hiking with some challenges through various landscapes, look at the trip where we hike across Norway to Sweden on foot.

EXPEDITIONS

If you are in for a bit tougher trips with more adventure and challenges, look at the expeditions this month. If you like to get away from civilization and explore pure nature, then the 3 National Parks expedition is a great choice. A fantastic hiking trip to a variety of landscapes. If you are attracted to more extended periods in the mountains with some physical challenges, then the Brennvik Massif expedition might be the one you are looking for. Slow-travelling surrounded by jig-saw shaped mountains. Ask us if you need some help to choose or to answer questions!

picking berries in NORWAY (TRAILER)

August is the best month for picking berries in Norway. Blueberries, cloudberries, raspberries,  lingonberries and some more are there in massive quantities. We love to pick those wild berries and you can join us. But some species are hard to find. We eat them, dry them or make marmalade and your can bring some home. Watch the movie and get in the mood!
